TIMEの読書会。

The other day, I visited a reading circle called “Time wo Yomukai”, a group where people read some articles from TIME magazine and discuss them. I came up with the idea of visiting that circle with the hope to get motivated by people there with much higher English level than me.

The result was different. The day I visited might have been bad, but the progress was slow and dull, and the chairman often made stupid mistakes about the articles.

Also, people there are much older than me, which of course, isn't a bad thing, but this might be one of the reasons why that circle looked dim and inanimate.

Again, if I visit that circle again on a different day, things might be different. However, thinking of the cost and time going there, I decided not to join the group anymore-- at least until I reach 60 something, when I am not that busy anymore.

Sorry to say, but actually I regretted visiting this circle because even without it, that day was already so busy doing my sub work and going to a Christmas party. In short, I was so tired and this circle exhausted me.
